What’s pink and blue and various shades of stripes? Apple’s new Watch band collection.
The Cupertino tech giant on Wednesday unveiled a new Spring Apple Watch band collection, which is wonderfully pastel. Watch wearers can choose between new Sport bands in the colors “denim blue,” “lemonade,” and “red raspberry;” Sport Loop bands in “flash light,” “hot pink,” “marine green,” and “Tahoe blue;” and Classic Buckle bands in “spring yellow,” “electric blue,” and “soft pink.” The Woven Nylon band will come in four new striped options: black, blue, gray, and pink.
Meanwhile, Apple also introduced a new Series 3 model that features a space gray aluminum case and black Sport Loop band. There’s also a new Apple Watch Nike+ model featuring a space gray aluminum case with a “midnight fog” Nike Sport Loop band. Both of those options will be available in 38mm and 42mm sizes.
Besides that, the easily-adjustable Nike Sport Loop band will now be sold separately in “black/pure platinum,” “bright crimson/black,” cargo khaki,” “midnight fog,” and “pearl pink” color options. Plus, the Nike Sport band will come in several new hues, including: “barely rose/pearl pink,” “black/white,” and “cargo khaki/black.”
Finally, Apple unveiled some new Watch band options from Hermes, which feature a deep red edge paint color.
All the new Watch bands and models will be available for purchase on Apple’s website later this month, and via select Apple Stores, authorized resellers, and carriers. The Apple Watch Series 3, which starts at $329, earned an “excellent” rating in PCMag’s review.
